US DOE sends litigation hold notice to all staff re CRU

The US Department of Energy (DOE) has sent a litigation hold notice to all its employees, at all its installations, asking them to preserve any documents they might have in their records regarding the East Anglia Climatic Research Unit (CRU), the University of East Anglia, and global warming in general.
