CA gives green light to space solar power

CA Public Utilities Commission just gave the go-ahead to Solaren Corp. to deploy satellites that beam down solar energy in the form of concentrated microwaves. Haven't they read a book called Sunstroke by David Kagan, which describes the dangerous bioeffects to humans, plants and animals, and how these lethal microwaves will add to global-warming?
